Resistance Training

  • Dips (2 sets to failure)
  • Wide-grip pull-ups (2 sets to failure)
  • Medicine ball – right & left lateral – with 10 yd sprint (10x right, 10x left)
  • Medicine ball – under hand throw forward – with 10 yd sprint (10x)
  • Plate Twist (35 lb plate) 10x right, 10x left
